We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic transfer), as well as via L/C and Paypal for select countries

Please make the relevant payments as soon as you receive your invoice. Shipments will be arranged after confirmation of your payment.
If your payment cannot be confirmed by the due date, your order will be canceled automatically.
Before making the payment please check and confirm the following details:
· The bank account details and recipient(Bank Information)
· Inform the sales department if the payment will be divided into multiple amounts
· Specify the purpose of the transfer, eg. Payment for Car with reference to the invoice
· After completing the payment please send us the T/T copy.
Once the payment is complete, please send us a copy of the transfer receipt (T/T copy), either a scanned copy or take a photo. The T/T copy is necessary for confirming the payment on the Japan side.
You can confirm your payment status on your MY PAGE, once the payment arrives.
Please note payments usually only take a few days to arrive, however depending on the method of payment, and public holidays payments may take up to 2 weeks to be confirmed.

· Please specify the purpose of the payment and reference the invoice
· Payments must be made in the same currency as listed on the invoice
· Transfer fees will be the responsibility of the remitter
· Once the payment is complete please send us the TT copy
Can I pay with an L/C (Letter of Credit)?
We accept L/C payments for select countries, please contact us for further details.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
No, we do not accept credit card payments.

What is the "Due Date"
The due date is the final date in which payments must be confirmed by. In the case that we cannot confirm your payment by this date, your order will be automatically canceled.

Can I extend the due date?
We normally do not offer any extension on the due date, however in the case of extreme circumstances please consult with us.Please note that if your payment cannot be confirmed by the due date, your order will be automatically canceled.
In the case a partial payment has been made Autocom Japan reserves the right to keep a portion of this as a restocking fee.
Can I make partial payments towards a vehicle?
Yes it is possible please contact us for further details.
Can I make one payment to cover multiple purchases?
Yes, this is possible, please advise as in advance so the funds can be allocated correctly
How do I know when Autocom Japan has received my payment?
Our staff will notify you after verifying your T/T copy and confirming the payment in our account. Please send us the T/T copy to expedite the process. Please note payments usually only take a few days to arrive, however depending on the method of payment, and public holidays payments may take up to 2 weeks to be confirmed.
